The hybrid, explained

What is The Glamies Program?

One licensable program with three parts — a structured curriculum, a season-long awards competition, and a gala that celebrates it all.

Curriculum

The structured framework that runs the season — adjudication standards, reviewer training, mentorship guidelines, and event-day playbooks.

Awards Competition

Production review, category eligibility, scoring, and finalist selection across a season-long competition.

Gala

The end-of-season awards celebration where honored students and programs are publicly recognized.

Who it's for

Who licenses The Glamies Program

Five audiences, one program. If you run or support an educational theatre program, there's a path for you.

K–12 Schools

Give your theatre program the structure, recognition, and industry adjudication of a full awards season — without building it from scratch.

After-School Programs

A turnkey season of mentorship and celebration that scales from a single production to a full competition.

Community Arts Organizations

Bring programs together, elevate student work, and cap the year with a gala the whole community remembers.
