Glamies runs on a simple loop: a structured curriculum sets the standard, a season-long awards competition puts it into practice, and an end-of-season gala celebrates what everyone built. Trained student reviewers and vetted industry adjudicators score every eligible show against the same published rubric, all season long.

Become a Glamies Ambassador
Ambassadors help introduce Glamies to a school or community that doesn't have a chapter yet — sharing the program, connecting us with directors, and helping a new chapter get off the ground.
Who's involved
Eight roles, one season
Straight from the Glamies rules & guidelines — who's eligible, what they do, and what's expected of them.
Primary Teacher / Director
Every participating school or program must have at least one adult sponsor — the point of contact who keeps the production eligible all season.
- Signs on as the required adult sponsor for the participating school, homeschool, or community theatre.
- Proposes the season’s show dates and confirms the date the chapter assigns for adjudication.
- Files the exceptionalities form for any age or eligibility exception at the start of the season.
- Gives written consent before any student from another program can be cast in the show.
- Requests chapter board approval before changing an assigned show date.

Join Glamies
Sign on for the season (July–July) and get your membership pack.

Orientation
Onboard your directors and set your production calendar.

Train student reviewers
Reviewers learn the rubric and the response framework.

Attend shows
Vetted adjudicators and trained student reviewers attend each production live across the season.

Adjudication windows
Reviewers and adjudicators submit their evaluations during each show’s adjudication window.

Score & respond
Eligible categories are scored; written responses go back to each program.

Finalist selection
Season-long results roll up into finalists and honorees.
