Role Onboarding & Invites 2 steps

Getting every participant an account, the right season role, and a signed waiver before training day.

Available · Reviewer

3. Member fills out their profile

Sign-up works, and a member can self-serve their own contact and safety details — phone, allergies, accessibility needs, emergency contact, grade.

On the roadmap · Member → chapter admin

4. Member self-selects a role; admin approves

Only admin-initiated role assignment exists — no member-facing request-a-role workflow yet.

Training Day 2 steps

Meant to be a first-class, roster-taking event that gates who can review a show. Today it’s a line on the calendar — everything else is roadmap.

On the roadmap · Chapter admin / reviewers

6. Demo / sample show for practice scoring

No way yet to seed a practice show reviewers can score without it counting toward eligibility or awards.

7. Collect waivers at training

The waiver flow itself is real — see Role Onboarding & Invites — but training day has no waiver-specific UI of its own; it’s just the usual moment it gets collected.

Performance Day 8 steps

The flagship flow — check-in to feedback, fully built and verified end to end. Every screenshot below is a real, driven action against live seed data.

Available · Reviewer

2. Reviewer requests a reschedule

A reviewer who can’t make an assigned show opens Reschedule and sees every upcoming assignment.

Available · Reviewer

3. Reviewer ranks alternative shows

Requesting off a show, the reviewer ranks alternative performances they could attend instead.

Available · Reviewer

4. Reschedule request pending

The request shows a pending badge while it waits for chapter-admin review.

Available · Reviewer

13. Reviewer’s scoring dashboard

Every award category assigned to this show, with the full visible rubric — ten score levels, each with its own description, so everyone scores against the same standard.

Available · Reviewer

14. Reviewer scores each rubric criterion

Tapping a level per criterion auto-computes the category’s aggregate score in real time.

Available · Reviewer

15. Scores submitted for adjudicator review

"Submit for review" locks the score in and flips it to submitted.

Available · Reviewer

22. Reviewer writes a critical show response

Approved reviewers write a 300–600 word response, due within 24 hours, with a live word counter.

Available · Reviewer

23. Response submitted

Submitting enters the response into the adjudicator’s grading queue.

Voting Day 6 steps

Eligibility-gated scoring for the season’s final round. The phase gate and approval flow are built and shown live; slate and winner computation are next.

On the roadmap · Reviewer

4. Reviewer sees an eligibility snapshot

Eligibility is fully computed server-side, but it’s only exposed admin-side today — a reviewer has no dashboard card showing their own status ahead of time.

Available · Reviewer (below the 4-show minimum)

5. Ineligible reviewer blocked at finalization

This IS enforced server-side — shown here as a real error from a real blocked submit attempt, not a mock. It’s just not explained to the reviewer ahead of time.

Available · Reviewer

6. Eligible reviewer finalizes voting-day scores

A Voting Day badge appears, and scoring starts a brand-new rubric — kept separate from the reviewer’s performance-day scores.

Available · Reviewer

7. Voting-day score submitted

The same approval flow as performance day, now against voting-day scores.

Available · Reviewer

8. A >2-point revision requires a written reason

Revising an already-submitted score by more than 2 points now requires a reason on file, hard-blocked — closing a real gap from prior seasons.

Available · Reviewer

9. Revised score submitted with reason on file

The revision is now on record, ready for adjudicator re-approval.
